RMA RETURN POLICIES 


  • All return for credit must be returned within 30 days from the issue date. Units MUST be in ‘brand new’, re-sale condition
  • All RMA numbers will automatically be voided if return item(s) are not received within 30 days from the issue date
  • When filling out an ‘RMA Request Form’, all necessary information must be provided. Otherwise the process of issuing an RMA number may be delayed
  • RMA number MUST be printed on the shipping label and outside the shipping box or package may be refused
  • MUST include a copy of completed RMA request form (RMA number must be assigned by Hunt Electronic USA, Inc.)
  • Restock fee will apply if unit is missing any accessories
  • Repair fee will apply if products have been physically damaged by users or installers
  • Products will be returned to customers if functioning properly
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning product(s) to Hunt Electronic USA, Inc.
  • All RMA units will be shipped back to the customer with ground service. Customers are responsible for the shipping difference if faster service is needed

VOID NOTICE: if the unit is physically damaged, water damaged, or painted, warranty policies will be void
